The management of Afari Maximum Security Services is structured in a way that interdepartmental and Personal Corporation is practicable.
1. EXPERIENCE
1.2 Technical Partnership: – Bearing in mind that the law establishing private guard company does not permit us to carry arms while on duty, our partners has been the Nigerian police force and Nigerian Security and Civil defense Corps. We are also allowed to seek for assistance from any other security agencies when the need arises.
1.3 Industry Experience: – Our experience in Industry Security cannot be over emphasized as we have worked for a whole lot of industries. Our Clients cut across Hotels, Private Companies, Private Residential places etc. Afari Maximum Security guards do not only control access of persons and vehicles in the premises, we also ensure that information in such industry are protected. We ask our men to concentrate more on critical and vulnerable areas of the company under our security. One of the ways we do this is by proper and adequate illumination of the area. Sometime we also use the instrumentality of search. This enable for proper checking to avoid any intruder from coming in or going out of the premises without properties and properties of our clients.

REGIONAL OFFICES: The Company has two (2) regional offices located at Abuja and Rivers state. These offices are run by the regional coordinators and they report to the executive director who oversees the activities of these regions.

Atari Staff and operatives are trained to be safety conscious at all times while on duty. Every incident and accident that occurs within our beat is always reported to the safety department for attention and action. We do not treat safety matters with levity. Since safety cannot be totally separated from security.

- We run shift bases (day and Night) to avoid fatigue and maintain strict alertness
- We conduct our security working team on visiting rounds at intervals within 24hours daily.

EMMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURES
This is emergency evacuation action. AFARI MAXIMUM SECURITY NIGERIA LIMITED has a very unique Emergency Action Plan (EAP) to evacuate her staff and her clients in time of disaster. We are conscious of freeing all exits routes from our place of work with the muster point conspicuously designated. Directions on movement of people are always well spelt out with sign and symbols to enable people evacuate any scene of danger. This is also done with the aid of alarm and other gadgets that can facilitate dissemination of information. All targeted at evacuating lives out of danger. In the same vein, the safety department is always notified on time to assist with the help of first aid materials, in case of any casualty along the line. Furthermore, attention is given to the traffic of the area to avoid congestion as people try to evacuate the area. Here, the physically challenged people are considered first to enable them exit before harmed. Vehicles are also used in the process to evacuate people. All the above can be summarized to take the following steps:
- If time and conditions permit, secure your work place and take with you important personal items such as car keys, purse, medication, glasses.
- Follow instructions from emergency personnel.
- Check doors for heat before opening. Do not open the door if it is hot.
- Walk, do not run. Don’t push or crowd.
- Keep noise o a minimum so you can hear emergency instructions.
- Use handrails in stairways; stay to the light.
- Assist people with disabilities.
- Move to your assemble pints unless otherwise instructed.
- Move quickly awayfrom the building.
- Watch out for falling glasses and other debris.
- Stay with your building safety coordinator.
- Keep roadways and walk ways clear for emergency vehicles.
- If you have relocated away from the building, do not return until notified by public safety that it is safe to do so.
- Whenever the fire alarms! strobes are activated, occupants must evacuate the building and reassemble at your designated assembly points. Occupants on floors above the ground floor must use emergency exit stairways to leave the building. Do not use elevators!
- For certain emergency such as a bomb threat, or a natural gas leak, the fire alarms/strobes may not be activated. Instead, building safety coordinators shall move through the building and order the occupant to evacuate.
- Emergency evacuation signage is posted in buildings so that occupants can become familiar with the evacuation routes and assembly points in their area.
LOGISTICS VEHICLE
AFARI MAXIMUM SECURITY SERVICES LIMITED uses HILUX Van for movement of staff from one point to the other. It is also used for patrol. The Supervisors use Hilux to patrol all beats under their control.
